I felt like a kid in a candy store, except instead of candy, there were fresh breads, spreads, dairy products, and even a hot food section. I chose B&B for its proximity to La Frange Verte, a place I wanted to visit. To my surprise, I discovered that the hotel offers a wide range of treats from major brands like Country Farm and Malo, including compote and fruit juice for a healthy boost of vitamins.

Location a bit iffy, but pleasant locals and near a bar and friendly boulangerie/cafe. Poorly designed bathroom, difficult to shower without water going everywhere and hard to clean enclosed basin and window.

The room at B&B Hotel Grenoble Centre Verlaine was absolutely cozy and comfortable. The bed with its specialist-designed duvet and pillows was like a cloud, and the air conditioning kept the room just perfect.

Personally, I found the XXL shower head in the room to be a bit too overpowering for my liking.
